Snow Day = Scrap Day

This will be me and my craft table tomorrow.

School was called for tomorrow by about 5:20 today.  Hubby has already claimed the TV for his "videa games" which will probably also mean he gets the space heater.  (The xbox is in the chilly basement, so I guess he can have it.)  Since the house is clean, laundry done, groceries bought from the 3 day weekend + my not so sickly sick day yesterday, I don't feel like I have chores that need to be done tomorrow.  Leaving the day to do as I please!  When does that ever happen?!

(Ok, not the whole day.  I did bring home some school stuff to work on plus it's a great time to get some grad stuff done.)

But my table has been covered with "junk" since before Christmas.  I can't even remember the last time I sat down at my table to actually scrapbook!  I might even wake up early...WOW!

The Bug Has Hit

The stomach bug that is.  I thought I was home free after my nephew threw up on me twice and I went a week and a half without catching it.  NOT!  It hit me slow and steady yesterday (MLK day) and was in full force by 7 last night.  I made the decision this morning to take a sick day so here I am, laying in bed, in my jammies, watching trashy day-time tv.  I guess I'm bound to have 3 day work weeks the month of January!  Luckily I'm already feeling MUCH better so it should be back to work tomorrow.

I hope this nasty bug makes his way out of our house and far, far away!

Hair Dilemma

So I died my hair dark this winter; the darkest I've ever been actually.  I really like it and have gotten tons of compliments on it.  BUT, I'm not sure it's something I want to stick with.  I've been working on growing my hair out since I cut it right after I got married and miss the long hair.

Here comes the dilemma: I LOVED my long hair; I LOVED my short blonde hair; I'm iffy on the dark hair; I'm NOT a fan of the awkward length it is now.
WHAT IS A GIRL TO DO?!
